What You'll Do

Lead UX strategy, not just create pretty interfaces - you'll be the voice of our users
Design complex financial workflows that help users manage significant capital safely and efficiently
Think in wireframes first - explore and validate ideas before jumping to visual design
Own the entire design thinking process - from user research insights to final implementation
Collaborate with our technical team to create seamless user experiences across multiple blockchains
Design for DeFi complexity - liquidity pools, impermanent loss, yield strategies, and multi-chain position management

Requirements

PROVEN UX Experience (You'll be tested on UX thinking, not just portfolio review)
UX-first approach - Wireframes and user flows before visual design
Figma Portfolio with clear UX process documentation
3+ years experience as a UI/UX Designer with demonstrated UX problem-solving
Ability to explain design decisions clearly and confidently

HUGE Plus:

Web3/DeFi Experience - Understanding of liquidity providing, yield farming, or DeFi protocols
Fintech background - Experience with portfolio management or trading interfaces
User research experience - Ability to translate user insights into design decisions

Our Design Challenge

During the interview process, you'll review our user research findings and propose UX improvements for our liquidity pool management interface. This isn't about making it prettier - it's about making complex DeFi workflows intuitive and safe for users managing real capital.
