Position: NLP Tech Lead

Location: Remote in Germany

Salary: €100,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities:

Develop and Innovate: Lead the development and implementation of predictive models for advanced dynamic recommender systems and content creation, using customer data to enhance personalized sales experiences.
Analyse and Understand: Design and execute sophisticated analytical algorithms, such as semantic clustering or attribution methods, to gain deep insights into user personas and customer requirements.
Build and Optimize: Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of an AI-powered Sales Tech infrastructure, including training and deployment pipelines.

Your Profile:

Experience: At least 5 years as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer, with a focus on recommender systems and time-series analysis.
Leadership: At least 2 years experience leading NLP teams.
Technical Skills: Expertise in attention-based models applied to graph-based or sequential data, and proficiency in Python and the broader data science toolkit.
Deployment Expertise: Proven experience in deploying models to production using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with a strong understanding of CI/CD processes, Docker, Kubernetes; familiarity with Kafka is a plus.
Database Knowledge: Strong proficiency in database management, including both SQL and NoSQL systems.
