💼 About The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Visual Content & Document Designer to create visually compelling and on-brand content across presentations, whitepapers, internal documentation, and sales enablement materials. This role blends strong visual execution with clear, persuasive communication. Experience in the agentic automation / RPA space is a strong plus.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-impact content including blogs, white papers, case studies, newsletters, and webinars.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to extract technical insights and turn them into engaging visual narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Establish a clear, differentiated, bold brand voice reflecting our innovative positioning in automation and AI.
• Experiment with new formats to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Edit and polish English-language business content for tone, structure, and clarity.
• Translate complex ideas into effective, brand-aligned visual formats.
• Create clean, visually engaging internal documentation using PowerPoint, Canva, or Google Slides.
• Manage multiple visual content streams simultaneously, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery.

😊 About You

• 3–5 years in B2B SaaS in visual content, marketing content, ideally in automation, intelligent agents, or AI. Previous roles in early-stage startups or fast-scaling environments preferred.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Canva, and Google Slides.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
• Excellent written English and a sharp eye for visual structure.
• Ability to manage projects independently and iterate quickly.
