We’re looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team and focus on sourcing direct CPL and Pay-Per-Call offers from U.S. buyers and advertisers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard direct advertisers and buyers with lead generation needs in verticals like insurance, finance, home services, health, and legal.

• Build and manage a pipeline of CPL and PPCall offers (auto, health, Medicare, home security, legal, etc.).

• Negotiate commercial terms, payouts, and caps with buyers.

• Coordinate with internal client servicing and media buying teams to ensure smooth onboarding and scale-up of new offers.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as the point of contact for account growth and troubleshooting.

• Attend industry events (online/offline) to grow your network and bring in new partnerships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing / lead gen business development, with a proven track record of sourcing CPL/PPCall offers from the U.S.

• Strong network of direct buyers and advertisers in the U.S. lead generation ecosystem.

• Deep understanding of CPL/PPCall campaign structures, verticals, and tracking systems (e.g., Everflow, HasOffers, etc.).

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
