The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive the growth and revenue of Deel’s IT products. In this role, you will own go-to-market strategies, craft compelling messaging, and enable sales teams to succeed. You’ll work cross-functionally to build campaigns and initiatives that positions the Deel IT product suite as the premier solution for managing global equipment and IT services.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Deel IT products to support revenue and growth targets.
Identify market opportunities and customer segments to drive product adoption.
Product Positioning & Messaging:
Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging for Deel IT emphasizing its value in compliance, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to align positioning with customer needs and competitive insights.
Campaign Development:
Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to design multi-channel campaigns that generate demand and nurture prospects through the funnel.
Measure and optimize campaign performance to ensure ROI.
Sales Enablement:
Create enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies, to equip sales teams with tools to close deals.
Create messaging for sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiation.
Market Insights:
Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform product improvements and positioning.
Track market trends and provide actionable insights to the Product team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and initiatives.
Advocate for customer needs and feedback in product development discussions.
