We're looking for someone exceptional to raise the bar on what we make. The role

Deel is a truly global, people-first brand, and it's taking off. Our creative team is pushing into new territory, on innovation and on what it means to own a cultural conversation.

We're looking for a creative to lead how that brand shows up on social. Someone who is equal parts designer, creative thinker, and social native. You'd own the creative expression across every platform, make the work that people share, and set the standard for what Deel looks and sounds like in the places culture actually happens.

What You'll Make

• Brand and cultural moments. Original social-first ideas. The work people stop for and send to someone else.
• Partnership and sports activations. Deel invests seriously in global sports and cultural partnerships. Social is where most people experience them.
• Campaign extensions. When a brand campaign lands, you decide what it becomes on each platform and make it belong there.
• Always-on. The steady presence between the big moments.
• The system underneath. Templates, formats, and motion presets that let volume happen fast without going off-brand.

What You Bring

• At least seven years in social-led creative, in-house or agency.
• Design as a tool, not a finish. You use design to catch a moment and land an idea. You know when something needs to look made and when it needs to look found, and you can tell the difference between rough and sloppy.
• You live in social. Not a designer who also posts. You read the platforms as creative formats, you know what's working this month, and you can tell a trend worth joining from one that's already over.
• Video and motion. Most of what works on social moves. You shoot, edit, and animate well enough that nobody needs to fix it.
• AI in your workflow. You use the current generative tooling in real production, and you know where it helps and where it looks cheap.
• Concept to execution, on your own. You take an idea from thought to finished asset without a chain of handoffs. You work with the social team on strategy and timing, and you make the work.

What Would Set You Apart

• Work that traveled beyond the brand's own following.
• Experience making for a global audience across multiple markets and languages.
• Copywriting instincts. On social the line and the image are one thing.
• A point of view on where social creative is going, and opinions about who's doing it well.

Who You'll Work With

You'll report to our Creative Director and sit inside the creative studio alongside brand designers, motion designers, and video, pulling them in when a moment needs more than one person. You'll work daily with the social team, who own strategy, publishing, and community.

• Our salary range reflects gross base salary. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On-Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission.
• Salary ranges are quoted in USD as a consistent global reference. Your offer will be localized to your country's currency using a market-aligned conversion.
• Final pay is based on objective, job-related criteria including experience, skills, and location.
• We don't ask about salary history. Offers are based on the role and what you bring to it.
