Senior Product Tech Lead

We are looking for a Senior Product Tech Lead for a remote project in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

● Architecture & Design: Define and own the overall technical architecture of the solution, ensuring performance, scalability, and integration with enterprise systems.

● Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Data

Scientists, and AI Engineers, promoting best practices in design, coding, testing, and deployment.

● Solution Development: Oversee the design and development of AI-driven and data-centric

functionalities within an Azure-based cloud environment.

● Integration & Operations: Ensure smooth integration with SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems, while optimizing deployment through MS Fabric, Azure OpenAI Services, and Operations pipelines.

● Collaboration & Governance: Work closely with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions while ensuring compliance with client's standards on security, ethics, and data governance.

● Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay current on AI, data, and cloud technologies, continuously identifying ways to optimize system performance and team efficiency.

Profile:

● Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.

● 10+ years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture, including at least 3

years in a technical leadership role.

● Proven experience in defining and implementing a blueprint for scalable, modular, and

sustainable AI architectures — ensuring reusability, maintainability, and alignment with

enterprise strategy.

● Proven track record in designing and delivering AI-powered or data-driven applications.

● Strong expertise in Python; proficiency in one or more of C#, Java, Scala is a plus.

● Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud services (e.g., MS Fabric, Data Lake,

Azure OpenAI).

● Familiarity with enterprise integration involving SAP and Salesforce ecosystems.

● Knowledge of microservices architecture, APIs, and data formats (JSON, Avro, etc.).

● Experience in DevOps / MLOps / LLMOps.

● Experience in Agile / SCRUM methodologies.

● Cloud certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, Data Engineer, or AI Engineer) are a plus.

● Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA)

● Strong organizational & time management skills

● Fluent in English (proficient in French is a plus).
