The Opportunity
The Category Lead for Equine reports to the Senior Vice President, within our new global marketing and technical excellence function. As the Category Lead for Equine, you will be responsible for developing and executing a holistic portfolio strategy that maximises the value of the category and promotes sustainable growth.
You will be developing and implementing the category's long-term strategic plan, spearheading innovation, leveraging customer insights and segmentation, and ensuring product launch excellence to maximize commercial impact and customer value.
