Channel Coordinator
- Looking for a 3.5 month contract resource for anticipated leave coverage. Target start date around beginning of November, to accommodate training/ overlap. 37.5 hrs per week is considered full time for this department.
- This person will be the main individual monitoring inbound social media, and overseeing the team's channel calendar. Additionally, they will help to support integrated campaigns across channels with briefs, project management, and reporting support. Ideally, this person would have experience with both management of inbound social media--monitoring and responding to social messages.
- Candidates should have Sprout Social experience. Sprout is now used instead of Sprinklr. Ideal candidates would also have Workfront experience. Please address experience with each of these in the candidate summaries. (If they have used another social platform, and/or another creative PM tool extensively, please also make that clear in the notes.)
- They will need strong organizational and coordination skills to upkeep the channel calendar.
- This person will need to be comfortable with off-hours monitoring and excellent with time management, to ensure they do not exceed 37.5 hrs/week. With the socials platform, this is typically able to be monitored remotely/ via mobile. (For example, if a member writes in about a medication issue, that needs to be flagged to Member Services in a timely manner, instead of making them wait for business hours.)
- Fully remote is fine, needs to work Eastern hours.
