OneTake Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based B2B SaaS startup disrupting video production for small businesses. Our AI agent turns raw videos into professional presentations, handling everything from background noise removal to automated captioning and unique background music composition - just like a human video editor would.

Position Summary

This isn't a conventional marketing role. We're seeking a technically-minded professional who combines:

  • Engineering mindset: Analytical rigor and systematic approach to growth
  • Entrepreneurial drive: Self-motivated with ability to create from scratch
  • Marketing expertise: Deep understanding of B2B SaaS acquisition channels
  • Data orientation: Commitment to measurement and continuous optimization
  • Leadership potential: Capacity to build and lead a marketing team

You'll work at the intersection of two rapidly evolving markets: B2B SaaS and AI-powered content creation, with significant autonomy to experiment and build our marketing playbook from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive monthly recurring revenue (MRR) growth with a target of 20%+ month-over-month
  • Lead the launch of OneTake 7 in Q4 2025, including customer communication, PR, and activation strategies
  • Scale our user base to 50,000 additional users by June 2026, with a 4% conversion rate to paid subscriptions
  • Design and optimize marketing funnels, particularly our demo webinar conversion path
  • Manage relationships with our media buying agency and other marketing partners
  • Analyze marketing metrics daily and present weekly performance reports
  • Participate in quarterly investor presentations
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and Product Owner to align marketing with product releases and company vision
  • Take a hands-on role in recruitment and team expansion within your first year, building out a high-performance marketing team around you
  • Thrive in a startup environment by creating processes from scratch and experimenting with growth techniques

Who You'll Work With

You'll collaborate directly with the CEO and Product Owner as a key member of our leadership team.

Within your first year, you'll be expected to help recruit marketing specialists to expand the department under your leadership as we scale.

What Success Looks Like

  • First 90 Days: Successfully launched OneTake 7, achieving 60% activation rate among existing users
  • 6-12 Months: Established and optimized marketing playbook to achieve consistent 20%+ monthly MRR growth
  • June 2026: Scaled our user base to 50,000 new users, with a 4% conversion.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing
  • Experience at a fast-growing Seed or Series A startup, or entrepreneurial experience (founder, early employee, or small business partner)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
  • Expertise with marketing automation and funnel optimization
  • Proficiency with AI tools, particularly LLMs like ChatGPT and Claude
  • Perfect English communication skills

Preferred Skills & Attributes

  • Engineering background or technical education
  • Experience with online course creation or content marketing
  • Additional language skills, particularly French
  • Basic understanding of web development (JavaScript/CSS)
  • Experience with video creation and editing
