As a Software Engineer, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of product development, from designing and implementing new features to maintaining and improving existing systems. You'll collaborate with the engineering team to deliver scalable, high-quality software.

📌 主な業務内容 | Key Responsibilities

• Webアプリケーション／システムの設計・開発・運用
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and systems
• フロントエンド／バックエンドの開発（担当領域に応じて）
• Develop frontend and/or backend systems depending on expertise
• チーム内でのコードレビュー、品質管理
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality
• 技術的課題の特定と解決
• Identify and solve technical problems
• プロダクトマネージャーやデザイナーとの連携
• Collaborate with product managers and designers
• ユーザー体験を向上させるための改善提案・実装
• Propose and implement improvements to enhance user experience

✅ 応募資格・スキル | Qualifications & Skills

• ソフトウェアエンジニアとしての実務経験（3年以上）
• 3+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
• Web開発の経験（例：JavaScript/TypeScript、React、Node.js、Pythonなど）
• Experience in web development (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python)
• REST APIやデータベース設計の知識
• Familiarity with REST APIs and database design
• Gitを使用したチーム開発の経験
• Experience with version control using Git in team settings
• コードの品質・保守性を重視した開発スキル
• Focus on clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• 日本語での業務コミュニケーション（英語力があれば歓迎）
• Business-level Japanese (English proficiency is a plus)
• 日本国内に居住し、フルリモート勤務が可能な方
• Must reside in Japan and be able to work fully remote
