About the Role
Dental Training Canada seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee our marketing strategies and initiatives while leading a small team of marketing assistants. This remote role will be instrumental in expanding our reach within the dental education sector, promoting our ministry-funded programs, and strengthening our brand presence across Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Dental Training Canada's mission and growth objectives
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing assistants, including task delegation, performance evaluation, and professional guidance
Establish clear workflows and processes for the marketing department to ensure efficient collaboration and timely deliverables
Manage the promotion of our ministry-funded programs, clearly communicating their value and accessibility
Create and maintain the company website, ensuring content is current, engaging, and optimized for user experience
Produce compelling copy for educational program descriptions, promotional materials, and stakeholder communications
Design and implement email marketing campaigns targeting dental professionals, students, and industry partners
Establish and grow our presence across relevant social media platforms to engage with the dental community
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns to drive program enrollment and brand awareness
Implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility for our educational offerings
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, reporting on ROI and other key performance indicators
Collaborate with program development teams to ensure marketing materials accurately represent educational content
Maintain strong brand consistency across all platforms and communications
Requirements
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience managing marketing campaigns and broader marketing strategy
Demonstrated team leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate staff
Knowledge of or experience in healthcare education, particularly in the dental industry
Understanding of government-funded training programs and related promotional requirements
Experience in website design, maintenance, and content management
Strong copywriting skills with ability to communicate complex educational programs clearly
Proficiency in email marketing, social media management, and digital advertising
Understanding of SEO principles and implementation
Experience with Zoho One and related business applications preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
