Role Description

We seek a Senior UI/UX Designer with at least four years of hands-on experience to lead design for enterprise-grade digital solutions - from wireframes and prototypes to polished final designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design process: user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive and scalable user interfaces
• Conduct and incorporate user research, feedback, and usability testing
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality across projects
• Maintain and evolve design systems to support design efficiency and brand consistency

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of professional UI/UX design experience, ideally in enterprise or digital transformation environments
• Proven ability to develop clear wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished deliverables
• Expertise with UX tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent) and prototyping platforms (InVision, ProtoPie, etc.)
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication in professional English
• Experience working with enterprise CMS platforms and designing for dynamic, content-rich web environments
• Must provide a strong portfolio highlighting wireframes, prototypes, and final designs

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Visual Design and creating Mockups
• Strong skills in User Experience (UX) and User Interface Design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with the team
