Product Manager with GenAI

REQUIRED: Extensive experience in GenAI, including LLMs, chatbots, agents, and RAG. They are not looking for candidates with experience in Computer Vision, traditional AI, automation, or robotics. CVs should clearly demonstrate and document experience/exposure in GenAI. Careful profile selection is requested.

Responsibilities:

• Define product strategy based on business needs, regulatory requirements, and technological capabilities
• Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and key stakeholders
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on data analysis, user feedback, and market requirements
• Collaborate with technical and AI teams
• Analyze market trends and emerging technologies
• Coordinate with compliance and risk teams
• Manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from technical teams to executives and business partners
• Define and monitor KPIs

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of experience as a Product Manager in large-scale, international organizations
• Experience in the financial sector (preferably tax-related projects)
• Understanding of GenAI, including LLM, chatbots, AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Understanding of business processes in the financial and tax sectors and the ability to translate them into product requirements
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience managing backlogs and product roadmaps
• Strong analytical and strategic skills, enabling data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including technical teams, business units, and executives
• Fluency in English (C1) to effectively work in an international environment
