As a Senior Regional Marketing Specialist, Northeast at dbt Labs, you will be responsible for designing and executing the marketing plan for your assigned region. You will collaborate closely with regional marketing and sales leaders to grow our local markets and represent the dbt brand on the ground via various types of campaigns. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth, travel with your team, and grow your path as a demand-focused marketer.

Salary: We offer competitive compensation packages commensurate with experience, including salary, equity, and where applicable, performance-based pay. Our Talent Acquisition Team can answer questions around dbt Lab’s total rewards during your interview process.
In select locations (including Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, New York City, San Francisco, Washington, DC, and Seattle), an alternate range may apply, as specified below.
$96,000 - $116,100 USD OTE (80% base salary / 20% variable compensation)
