Regional Marketing Manager (Northeast Region)

Are you a strategic marketing professional who thrives on crafting local stories and driving regional brand growth? We’re looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for a collection of residential home service brands across the Northeast. This role blends strategy and execution—planning events, managing sponsorships, creating digital content, and guiding local marketing teams while keeping everything on-brand and results-driven.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Regional Marketing Efforts
- Develop and implement localized marketing strategies across multiple channels—events, digital, sponsorships, and more.
- Act as the marketing point person for brands in your region, balancing regional needs with national consistency.
- Use market insights to tailor initiatives and continuously refine them based on results.
Drive Events & Sponsorships
- Plan and execute local events—home shows, pop-ups, and community activations—that generate brand awareness and leads.
- Build relationships with local organizations and partners to expand brand presence.
Manage Organic Digital Content
- Oversee sourcing of local photography and video assets that tell authentic project stories.
- Support the creation and execution of content aligned with our brand voice.
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Manage and grow local social media accounts.
- Monitor engagement, report performance, and recommend improvements.
Be the Bridge Between Local Teams & HQ
- Act as a key liaison between local operators and national marketing.
- Share performance updates, campaign plans, and creative direction.
Coordinate Campaigns & Creative
- Maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar for your region.
- Ensure all creative assets align with company branding and resonate locally.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in regional or field marketing, ideally supporting multiple local markets or brands.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—you’ll be a connector between field teams and headquarters.
- Proven experience managing events, sponsorships, and regional campaigns.
- Skilled in project management, juggling multiple initiatives with ease.
- Familiarity with social platforms, content tools like Canva or Adobe Spark, and tracking performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in the residential home services industry (windows, roofing, HVAC, etc.).
- Background in community engagement or local sponsorships.
- Hands-on social media management for local or multi-location brands.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
