About The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to play a critical role in building our next-generation Internal Developer Portal (IDP). This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on developer productivity and efficiency across the organization. You will be a key contributor to the design, development, and implementation of a cutting-edge platform that empowers internal teams with self-service cloud infrastructure provisioning.

What You’ll Get To Do

Technical Design and Architecture:
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to design and implement a scalable, secure, and highly available IDP.
Implement best practices that come from the infrastructure-as-code (IaC) deployments team, ensuring consistency and maintainability.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for the IDP's architecture and codebase.
Full Stack Development:
Develop and maintain core features of the IDP, including user authentication, authorization, resource management, and self-service provisioning workflows.
Build robust and performant APIs to support seamless integration with existing systems and tools.
Create a user-friendly and intuitive interface for developers to interact with the IDP.
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code across all layers of the application.
Technology Selection and Integration:
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools for the IDP, considering factors such as scalability, security, and maintainability.
Integrate the IDP with existing infrastructure and tools, including IaC solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring systems.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in cloud infrastructure and software development.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including security, DevOps, and product management, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of the IDP.
Provide technical guidance and support to other developers on the team.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of development processes.

Skills And Experience We Value

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go) and willingness to learn new languages as needed.
Extensive experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
Expertise in backend technologies, including RESTful APIs, databases (SQL & NoSQL), and server-side frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Spring Boot).
Deep understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience with IaC solutions (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong understanding of security best practices in software development.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
