About The Opportunity

We are seeking an Integration Software Engineer on our team; you will help us design, build and maintain custom HCM solutions. You will be empowered to design, code, validate, and ship code - all on a very quick cadence and in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Get To Do

Writing solutions in C# .NET
Design and build modules for reading/writing data from various systems. (API/FTP/SQL/etc…)
Create unit tests and test data.
Design and build data transformations and mathematical algorithms.
Maintain an unwavering focus on Quality of Service.
Closely collaborate with Solution Architects to design viable and maintainable solutions.
Participate in both Internal and Client-facing discussion regarding solution design, testing, implementation, and maintenance.

Skills And Experience We Value

3+ years of programming experience in C#, Java OR equivalent object-oriented programming language.
Basic understanding of source control concepts.
Experience with data integrations
Experience with Azure DevOps / Azure Function Apps / Azure Cosmos DB/ Azure Storage
Experience using agile methodologies or test-driven development (TDD).
Strong technical writing skills.
Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
Experience working in a fast-paced/competitive environment, and have a deep desire to work collaboratively, solve problems with groups, find win/win solutions and celebrate successes.
Gets excited with hard technical problems and solve them with deep passion and empathy for customers.
An attention to detail with self-discipline and a drive for results.
