Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Product Designer with UX focus. The Product Designer will be responsible for creating innovative design solutions, conducting user research, and applying design thinking methodologies. Day-to-day tasks include visual design, user experience (UX) research, user interface (UI) design, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop product concepts and designs.
- Define User Experience Strategy: Align user goals with business objectives. Advocate for usercentered design principles across all interactions and workflows. Contribute to shaping the overall product vision to create meaningful and innovative user experiences.
- AI & Agent-Based Experience Design: Develop strategy and design intuitive interactions for AIdriven systems and agent-based workflows. Ensure designs are seamless and align with user needs.
- User Research & Insights: Conduct research to gather user feedback, identify pain points, and shape user journeys. Use insights to improve and optimize workflows.
- Usability Testing & Iteration: Lead usability tests and refine designs based on real user feedback. Collaborate with the User Interface Designer to continuously improve workflows and user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to integrate feedback and ensure alignment throughout the process.
- Journey Mapping & Optimization: Create and optimize user journey maps to visualize workflows, ensuring smooth and efficient task completion for users. Focus on strategic design for agent-based workflows.
- Prototyping & Wireframing: Develop prototypes and wireframes to test and validate design concepts. Provide clear assets and specifications to ensure accurate implementation and workflow integration.
- Thought Leadership & Continuous Innovation: Act as a UX thought leader, staying ahead of trends in AI, UX, and agent-based design. Drive innovation and ensure the product evolves in line with both user needs and emerging technologies
Qualifications
Must Have
- 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, or similar design-related role experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Prior experience building and shaping UX of SaaS/B2B apps
- Mastery of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools
- Have an available online portfolio
