Company Description Dayachand Engineering Industries (P) Ltd is a manufacturing company specializing in MIG welding wires, welding electrodes, and stainless steel tubes for industrial applications.
Role Description The Senior Marketing Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Halol, responsible for leading marketing strategy execution for Mig Welding Wires. This role includes developing and implementing marketing plans, managing product positioning and branding, and driving lead generation across relevant industrial segments. The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, coordinate with sales and technical teams to create targeted marketing materials, and analyze market data to identify growth opportunities. Day-to-day activities involve managing the marketing calendar and preparing performance reports for leadership.
Qualifications

• Strong marketing strategy and planning skills, including market analysis, segmentation, and campaign development.
• Experience in B2B industrial or manufacturing marketing, preferably in welding, fabrication, or automation technologies.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, such as social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online lead generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to internal teams and external clients.
• Comfort working on-site in Halol and engaging directly with production, sales, and service teams.
