The role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:

• Work directly with clients to understand their needs and build tailored technical solutions.
• Solve complex technical challenges in data migration, API development, and cloud-based automation within the AlayaCare ecosystem.
• Contribute to the product development of our integration platform built on AWS, Daya Cloud.
• Develop and integrate APIs to connect AlayaCare with external systems.
• Take ownership of technical challenges and act as a trusted technology partner.

What we’re looking for

We value technical expertise and strong communication skills equally.

Technical requirements:

• Python - for scripting, automation, or backend development
• API development & integration
• AWS (or other cloud platforms) - serverless architecture
• SQL - experience with databases and data processing

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with JavaScript
• Experience with ETL tools and data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
• Pandas, Numpy, or Pydantic for data processing

• You have at least 5-7 years of experience in Software Development
• You thrive in fast-paced, problem-solving environments
• You enjoy working closely with clients and delivering high-impact and long-lasting solutions
• You are versatile and adaptable, not afraid to learn new tools and technologies

• You are fluent in English - this is a client-facing role with a U.S. client base
