Role Overview:
We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager with 5-7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. The role requires someone with a deep understanding of digital trends, tools, marketing automation, and analytics to drive growth and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
- Oversee all digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email, content marketing) to ensure brand consistency and performance.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Analyze and interpret data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation across digital channels.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline campaign execution and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging them to enhance marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics and KPIs regularly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital tools.
- Strong experience in marketing automation platforms (such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot).
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with performance marketing and data analysis.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in B2B marketing is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
