Our client seeks a highly creative and detail-oriented PowerPoint Presentation Designer to lead the design and visual storytelling of key presentations across internal meetings, executive workshops, conferences, and client-facing decks. This hands-on design role is ideal for someone who understands how to transform complex ideas into compelling visual narratives that reflect brand identity and elevate audience engagement.
What you’ll be doing:
- Design polished, on-brand PowerPoint presentations for high-stakes events, including keynote talks, sales pitches, and leadership meetings
- Translate raw content, speaker notes, or data into cohesive, easy-to-understand visuals
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand messaging goals and creatively communicate them through layouts, infographics, animations, and charts
- Take initiative in suggesting visual metaphors, storytelling techniques, and structure improvements to strengthen presentation flow
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, formatting, and design across all materials
- Adapt to changing project requirements and maintain composure under pressure
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 3+ years of experience designing high-impact presentations, preferably in corporate, agency, or conference environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Google Suite
- Strong visual storytelling and layout skills with keen attention to typography, alignment, and brand consistency
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret abstract ideas into visuals
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
This is a project-based contract, which means work and hours are not guaranteed. It is ideal for freelancers who can be available when the client needs help on a project.
