About The Role

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Marketing Manager to own and scale our Affiliate and Emerging Channels programs—key drivers of Dave’s next phase of explosive growth. Reporting to the Director of User Acquisition, you’ll have the autonomy and visibility to test, optimize, and build channels from the ground up.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership opportunity for a data-driven marketer who’s excited to shape how millions discover and join Dave.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Strategy & Execution: Set and drive strategy for all affiliate and emerging channel programs (think partnerships, influencers, content, and beyond).
  • Scale & Innovate: Identify, vet, and onboard new partners—keeping Dave ahead in the evolving user acquisition landscape.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong partnerships; proactively seek new opportunities and negotiate deals.
  • Campaign Management: Use platforms like Impact to recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates; monitor, optimize, and innovate payout structures.
  • Optimize for Quality: Analyze user traffic, mitigate fraud, and drive high-quality, retained growth. Turn data into creative, testable solutions.
  • Performance Analytics: Dive deep into analytics—measure, report, and use insights to optimize every campaign and share learnings company-wide.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with internal creative teams to develop assets; turn competitive insights into actionable, testable opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Analytics to launch compliant, effective, and industry-leading campaigns.
  • Mentorship & Leadership: Lead by influence—mentor teammates, manage agency/vendor relationships, and share best practices.

What You’ll Need

  • 6+ years of data-driven marketing experience in high-growth fintech, eCommerce, or B2C brands.
  • Proven ability to build and scale affiliate and emerging channel programs, ideally in regulated or fast-evolving industries.
  • Deep expertise in paid media, especially affiliate marketing, and a drive for innovation.
  • Proficiency in affiliate management and analytics platforms (e.g., Impact, Partnerize).
  • Strong analytical mindset—translates data into strategy and action.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and cross-team leadership skills.
  • Self-starter with a builder’s mindset—you see opportunities where others see ambiguity and enjoy taking new programs “from zero to one.”
