Strong Middle / Senior Python Software Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Python Developer to join our growing RegTech (datox.com) startup team! If you are passionate about building high-performance backend systems, integrating AI tools, and working with cutting-edge regulation technologies, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and optimize backend services using FastAPI.

- Architect and manage PostgreSQL databases to ensure performance, scalability, and integrity.

- Build and integrate robust APIs for data ingestion, processing, and client-facing features.

- Integrate LangChain, LLMs, and OpenAI APIs into production workflows.

- Deploy and scale applications using Azure cloud services, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Ensure code quality through testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, product, compliance) to deliver impactful solutions.

- Take ownership of projects end-to-end, from architecture to deployment.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of professional Python development experience (preferably in startups or fast-paced environments).

- Strong expertise in FastAPI and backend development.

- Proficiency in database management (PostgreSQL, schema design, SQLAlchemy).

- Hands-on experience with Pandas, AI agents, and asynchronous programming

- Experience with Azure cloud services and Redis.

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in testing, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry).

- Solid understanding of data security best practices
