We’re seeking a highly skilled UX Designer and Strategist who combines the art of user-centered design with a strong understanding of business models, marketing channels, and conversion-driven experiences.
You won’t just design wireframes—you'll architect journeys that turn attention into action, visitors into buyers, and ideas into scalable outcomes. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, development, product, analytics) and international clients, translating marketing initiatives into seamless, profitable user experiences.

Responsibilities:
UX Strategy Development
Translate business models, customer acquisition strategies, and offers into high-performing user flows and experiences.
Partner with marketing teams to create UX strategies that align with campaign objectives, brand messaging, and growth goals.
Understand the full customer journey (from first ad impression to conversion and beyond) and optimize critical touchpoints for maximum impact.
User Research & Insight Gathering
Lead user research initiatives including persona development, customer journey mapping, and behavioral analysis.
Analyze marketing data (e.g., ad performance, landing page metrics, funnel analytics) to uncover user insights and optimization opportunities.
Design Leadership
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for landing pages, microsites, funnels, and marketing-driven products.
Ensure designs are mobile-first, conversion-optimized, and aligned with brand standards.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with marketing, product, development, analytics, and copywriting teams to turn UX strategies into executed, measurable outcomes.
Act as the UX advocate across departments, balancing user needs with business goals.
Client Communication & Leadership
Regularly interact with international clients to gather requirements, present UX strategies, and lead collaborative design workshops.
Confidently articulate design rationale and strategic recommendations in a business context.
Handle client feedback effectively, positioning yourself as a trusted UX partner.
Project Management Support
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure UX deliverables are completed on time and aligned with broader project goals.
Help set timelines, expectations, and success criteria for UX initiatives.
