Key Responsibilities:

• We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead and contribute to the development of our application. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in JavaScript and its frameworks, strong experience with AWS services.You will be responsible for planning, executing and communicating effectively to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, Redux, Saga, Nest js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Implement and manage AWS services including S3, Lambda, ECS, and SQS.
• Server setups in ECS, and Docker containerization.
• Lead and mentor the jr engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Plan and manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with product goals and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with the product team to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues.
• Continuously improve development processes and tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience with JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, Redux, Saga, Express.js/NestJs, and MongoDB.
• Extensive experience with AWS services including S3, Lambda, ECS, and SQS.
• Proficiency in Docker and container management.
• Experience in team management, project planning, and communication with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Good to have a solid background in CI/CD processes
