Senior User Experience Designer

Senior UX Designer (Remote — Costa Rica)

We’re looking for a highly driven Senior UX Designer to join our growing product team. You’ll play a key role in shaping strategic design decisions across our platform — with the autonomy to bring your ideas to life and drive real product impact.

You must be comfortable working independently, collaborating remotely, and communicating clearly in English with international stakeholders. If you’re passionate about creating intuitive, user-centric experiences and want the freedom to truly own your work, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end UX design from research to handoff

• Collaborate with PMs and developers to shape product strategy

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design flows to solve real user problems

• Champion UX best practices and design quality standards

Requirements

• 5+ years in UX/Product Design

• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setup
