At Data Eminence, we believe effective web design combines strong visual communication, usability, accessibility, and thoughtful user experiences. As a Web Designer, you will work closely with developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to design websites and digital interfaces that align with business objectives and user needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Design modern, visually appealing, and responsive websites.
• Create page layouts, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop user-friendly navigation structures and interface layouts.
• Create designs that work effectively across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Use typography, spacing, color, imagery, and visual hierarchy effectively.
• Design landing pages, dashboards, forms, marketing pages, and other web interfaces.
• Create and maintain reusable design components and visual patterns.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Prepare design assets, specifications, and documentation for development teams.
• Review implemented websites and identify visual or usability inconsistencies.
• Improve existing websites based on user feedback, analytics, and business requirements.
• Ensure designs follow basic accessibility and usability principles.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across digital experiences.
• Research current web design trends, technologies, and user-experience practices.
• Work with marketing teams to create visually effective campaign and promotional pages.
• Use AI-assisted design tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and content workflows.

We believe in learning by doing. You will gain practical experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, HTML, CSS, responsive web design, UI/UX principles, design systems, prototyping, typography, accessibility, Tailwind CSS, component libraries, and AI-powered design tools.

This is a hands-on design role where you will work on real websites and digital products, collaborate directly with developers, solve design and usability challenges, and develop a strong understanding of modern web-design practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in web design, UI design, or relevant academic/personal projects.
• Strong understanding of web-design and UI/UX principles.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with typography, spacing, layouts, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Understanding of usability and accessibility fundamentals.
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Tailwind CSS or modern frontend technologies is an advantage.
• Strong creative and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment.
