Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized Alliance and Marketing Lead to drive the success of our partner ecosystem and marketing efforts. This individual will work directly with the CEO to build go-to-market strategies with our key cloud and technology partners, develop compelling marketing content and offerings, manage alliance events and sponsorships, and support partner funding and enablement programs.
This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment, has deep experience in cloud-based marketing, and is passionate about storytelling, relationships, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Alliance Management:
- Develop and execute partner strategies across Microsoft, AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake
- Coordinate funding requests, MDF claims, and reporting with partner teams
- Manage partner portals, competencies, badges, and program participation
- Represent the company at alliance-sponsored events and industry conferences
- Build co-marketing campaigns and co-branded assets with partner marketing teams
Marketing Execution:
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral including pitch decks, service offerings, one-pagers, case studies, and blog content
- Collaborate with internal SMEs to create thought leadership aligned to industry and partner trends
- Plan and execute digital campaigns, webinars, newsletters, and targeted outreach efforts
- Support sales enablement with tools and messaging aligned to our unique value proposition
Event Management:
- Plan and manage internal and external events, including partner events, roundtables, sponsorships, and executive briefings
- Track event ROI and support lead capture and handoff to sales
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in a marketing, alliance, or partner-focused role in the cloud consulting or technology industry
- Strong knowledge of cloud and data technologies; familiarity with AWS, Microsoft, Databricks or Snowflake programs a strong asset
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and visual storytelling
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders with precision
- Self-starter, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with marketing tools (HubSpot, Canva, WordPress, etc.) is a plus
