User Experience Design Specialist

User Experience (UX) Designer:

In our ENOVIA R&D India organization, we are seeking an experienced User Experience (UX) Designer who can drive end-to-end UX design activities—from research and ideation to design delivery and validation. In this role, you will work closely with teams across geo locations to define and deliver high-quality user experiences for ENOVIA Roles, Apps, and Services. You will apply the 3DEXPERIENCE UX strategy to ensure consistency, usability, and innovation across products, while promoting UX best practices inside Dassault Systèmes.

Role Description & Responsibilities

• Define, deliver, and manage UX projects in collaboration with Define, Development, and QA teams across global locations.
• Participate in UX reviews for products and features, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to UX standards.
• Apply and monitor the 3DEXPERIENCE UX strategy during design and deployment of apps.
• Lead UX ideation through wireframes, prototypes, and storyboards to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Define interaction design and visual design principles that ensure intuitive and engaging experiences.
• Work with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to analyze user needs, business goals, and tasks and translate them into reference use cases.
• Establish and maintain UX design guidelines and implementation rules for product teams.
• Conduct usability testing and measure UX effectiveness through qualitative and quantitative metrics.
• Continuously assess the UX landscape including market trends, competitor products, usage patterns, and new technologies.
• Advocate for and promote UX fundamentals and best practices within Dassault Systèmes.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a UX Designer with expertise in end-to-end UX design (research, design, prototyping, validation).
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator).
• Strong ability to illustrate and communicate concepts through wireframes, and prototypes.
• Solid background in gathering requirements and translating them into design solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
• Experience in usability testing and applying tangible metrics to validate design outcomes.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
