Junior Multimedia Designer

One of our business units is seeking a creative and motivated Junior Multimedia Designer to join our Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Team from the conceptualization and execution of creative graphics design solutions from inception to completion
• Design and produce complex reproduction-ready visual graphics, including newsletters, brochures, flyers, slides, charts, plots, diagrams, tables, sketches, isometrics, graphs, posters, signs, and certificates.
• Create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media content, presentations, marketing materials, and internal communications.
• Edit videos for social media, websites, presentations, and internal use, including basic motion graphics, subtitles, and audio enhancements.
• Support photo and video shoots, including setup, shooting, and post-production preparation.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, content creation, and visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team and other business units to deliver high-quality creative work on time.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget requirements
• Ensure outmost quality of deliverable including checking the quality of the team deliverables

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 2- 3 years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio showcasing design and video work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro).
• Working knowledge of Figma, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or AI-powered creative tools is a plus.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Strong understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and social media content creation.
• Strong communication skills required; candidates must be able to communicate effectively in Arabic language.
