We’re looking for a Full-Stack Performance Marketer + Funnel Designer who blends creative design, data-driven decision-making, and technical marketing skills to build, launch, and optimize high-performing digital funnels.

💡 Role Overview

You’ll own the full growth journey — from the first ad click to conversion.

This is a hands-on role that merges Figma design, paid media execution, and marketing automation to drive measurable ROI.

You’ll work closely with our leadership and product teams to design, build, and scale multi-channel acquisition systems.

🧩 Responsibilities

  • Design and prototype conversion-focused landing pages, websites, and funnels in Figma.

  • Translate designs into Webflow, WordPress, or GoHighLevel for deployment.

  • Create and iterate ad creatives for Google, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns (static and video).

  • Launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns focused on CPL, CTR, and ROAS.

  • Build and manage automated marketing flows (email, SMS, retargeting, CRM pipelines).

  • Configure tracking systems (GA4, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, UTM structures).

  • Report on key funnel metrics and performance insights weekly.

  • Collaborate on AI-driven growth experiments using Daply’s proprietary tools.

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth funnels, or conversion optimization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design and ad creative development.
  • Proven ability to manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of funnel architecture, A/B testing, and creative iteration.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, or n8n).
  • Proficient in analytics and attribution (GA4, Tag Manager, pixel setup, UTM tracking).
  • Excellent English communication and a data-informed mindset.
  • Bonus: Experience with AI content tools, automation systems, or analytics dashboards.
