Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with expertise in JavaScript to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end web applications. Your work will involve designing user interactions, building and optimizing server-side logic, and ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using JavaScript and related frameworks (Next.js, Nest.js).
• Design and implement responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
• Build and maintain server-side applications, databases, and APIs.
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate front-end and back-end functionalities.
• Utilize version control tools (Git) to manage and track code changes.
• Follow best practices in software development, including performance optimization and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in JavaScript and related frameworks (Next.js, Nest.js).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
• Experience with front-end and back-end development and implementation.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools (Git).
• Experience with database systems (MySQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of software development principles and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Salary: 100,000 - 200,000 BDT/month (Negotiable for deserving candidates)
• Schedule: Day shift (Sunday to Thursday)
• Benefits: 40 Paid Days Off Per Year
• Supplemental Pay: Quarterly & Yearly Salary Increments
