About The Role
Dandy is hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of our design systems—critical tools used by our dental designers to create restorative products for Dandy’s customers. This is a Principal/Director-level role, ideal for a product leader who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and wants to shape the future of how dentistry is designed and delivered digitally.
You will own a foundational piece of our technology platform, working at the intersection of CAD, ML, and human expertise. This isn’t just about iterating on the status quo—it’s about building the systems that will define what digital dental design looks like in the years to come.
What You'll Do
Product development at Dandy is a collaborative, high-impact function. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between design, engineering, operations, and business leadership to drive both strategy and execution.
