Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global Sales & Marketing Manager to drive sales operations for our import and export business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of the global market, negotiation skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's presence in the global market.
• Identify potential clients, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term business relationships.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and account management.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies in the global market.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs policies, and trade laws.
• Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and finance teams to optimize operations and ensure smooth transactions.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and business meetings to network and promote company offerings. • Develop pricing strategies and negotiate terms with suppliers and buyers.
• Track and report key sales performance metrics, forecasts, and market insights.
• Provide training and guidance to sales teams on effective sales techniques and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualification:
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or international trade, preferably in the import/export industry.
• Strong knowledge of global trade regulations, customs procedures, and market trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, understand financial reports, and make informed business decisions.
• Experience using CRM and sales analytics tools. • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in global market (import/export) sales.
• Proven track record of improving sales performance and expanding market reach.
