Contract Duration: 6-months

Worksite Location: Fully Remote | EST schedule required

Pay rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

What you'll do in this role:

Design imagery, ad layouts, emails, landing page assets, infographics, blogs, and social media content for digital marketing campaigns
Create static and dynamic visuals aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals
Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to produce high-impact creative assets that drive engagement and conversions
Translate complex concepts into clean, compelling visuals tailored to a B2B construction audience
Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
Optionally contribute motion graphics, animations, or short-form video content if experienced

What you'll bring to the role:

5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing B2B and corporate marketing work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Premiere or After Effects is a plus
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate clearly and work across large, cross-functional teams
Solid understanding of revenue/performance marketing and how visual design supports conversion goals
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting needs
High attention to detail, creativity, and ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging visuals
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, proactively seeking feedback and contributing ideas
Experience with tools like Figma, Canva, Creatopy, and project management platforms such as Wrike
Familiarity with the construction, architecture, engineering, or SaaS industries is a plus
Must be able to work in the Eastern Time Zone (EST)
