About Role

We're looking for an AI Graphic Designer who understands that AI is a creative accelerator, not a replacement for great design.

You should be able to transform ideas into premium-quality images, videos, and marketing creatives using the latest AI tools while refining them with professional design software. We're looking for someone with a strong eye for luxury aesthetics, typography, composition, lighting, and conversion-focused design.

If your workflow is simply generating AI images and posting them without professional editing, this role isn't for you.

What You Will Do

• Generate premium AI visuals for perfume campaigns
• Create high-converting Meta advertising creatives
• Design Amazon A+ Content and Flipkart creatives
• Produce AI-generated lifestyle and product imagery
• Create AI-powered promotional videos and advertisements
• Generate AI UGC concepts and visual storytelling assets
• Retouch product images to production-quality standards
• Design website banners, landing page assets, and campaign creatives
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and performance marketing teams
• Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing every week
• Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
• Stay updated with the latest AI tools, workflows, and creative trends

Required AI Skills

You should be comfortable with:

• Advanced Prompt Engineering
• AI Image Generation
• AI Video Generation

• Combining outputs from multiple AI tools into polished commercial creatives

Designing Skills

Strong working knowledge of:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator

• Canva

You should also be experienced in:

• Product Retouching
• Photo Manipulation
• Typography
• Colour Correction & Grading

Who we are looking for:

• 2 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing commercial design work (Mandatory)
• Experience working with D2C brands will be a strong advantage
• Ability to write effective AI prompts independently
• Strong understanding of marketing psychology and conversion-focused creatives
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
• High attention to detail and strong creative thinking
• Passion for experimenting with emerging AI tools and workflows
