The company's AI transforms how organizations track, analyze, describe, and optimize their most valuable resource: time. Strong presence in the legal industry and making inroads into big four accounting firms.

By automating work time and connecting time data to business outcomes, they enables firms to increase profitability, improve client delivery, and make data-driven strategic decisions.

As a Senior/Staff Windows Desktop Software Engineer, you will lead efforts to capture the digital footprint of professional workers to support our core timekeeping product on Windows. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cutting-edge technologies in support of core product features. Beyond developing the clients that capture the ever evolving mental models of professional workers, you’ll build and shape our engineering services that support the ingestion and enrichment of those activities

This role is critical for the mission to return time, by building and maintaining the most mission-critical system: the desktop assistant that reliably captures digital work.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Windows desktop software engineering
• Deep expertise in C++, C# . NET, Win32 API, COM, MSIX
• Experience building mission- critical Windows desktop software at scale (millions of users)
• Experience with long- lived, always- on desktop applications (e. g. , Dropbox, Box, security agents)
• Experience working with generative AI or LLMs
• Full- stack ability e. g. TypeScript/React, NodeJS
• Lead or management role while remaining hands- on
• Strong cross- functional collaboration.

• Team is U.S. time-zone based with members in the USA, Canada and South America.
