Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and proven Product Manager to join our growing D-Tools Cloud product team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, skilled in understanding customer needs, and capable of guiding products from conception through launch and ongoing improvement. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure our products meet market demands and exceed user expectations.

Job Summary:

Reporting directly to the Head of Product, the Product Manager will play a pivotal role in defining and executing product strategy, aligning product development efforts with market demands and customer needs. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills who can effectively manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product development decisions.
Work cross-functionally to define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize features and tasks effectively, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
Facilitate regular stakeholder updates and maintain transparency about product status, challenges, and successes.
Act as a product expert, engaging with customers, sales teams, and industry leaders to advocate for product value and gather insights.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; or equivalent work experience.
7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably within the software or technology industry.
Proven track record of managing successful software products from conception through launch.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product development lifecycle, and user-centric design principles.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams, influence without direct authority, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience with project management, estimating, design, or system integration software products is highly desirable.

Demonstrated experience delivering AI powered features for B2B products
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
Certification in product management
Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Experience using product management tools such as Azure DevOps, Productboard, or similar.
Experience using product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, FullStory, or Google Analytics.
Industry experience in Residential or Commercial System Integration; Construction; or Consumer Electronics.
Experience working with remote and overseas development teams.
