Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the delivery of complex technical programs from conception to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives and are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, effectively communicating project goals, milestones, and risks.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
Drive continuous improvement in project management practices, incorporating industry best practices and lessons learned.
Ensure compliance with IT service management processes, good clinical practices, and business continuity/disaster recovery plans.
Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, including progress reports, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in web application development, Azure cloud services, web services, and data engineering to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on successfully delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects.
Strong background in web application development, Azure cloud services, web services, and data engineering solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
PMP, PMP, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate between business and technical groups to achieve project objectives.
In-depth knowledge of IT service management processes and procedures.
Familiarity with good clinical practices certification and its application in project management.
Experience with business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
