We are looking for a Product Design Lead to spearhead the design of intuitive, scalable, and trustworthy user experiences for our cybersecurity products. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, security researchers, and business stakeholders to transform complex security workflows into clear, efficient, and user-centered product experiences.You will play a key role in shaping how users interact with security platforms, dashboards, investigations, alerts, policy management, analytics, and defensive controls. The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking, visual design excellence, and deep empathy for users operating in high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, business analysts, and developers, to define and deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Provides guidance, and support to other team members.
  • Lead the UX and UI design of cybersecurity products across the product-development-operations life-cycle.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to design guidelines across different projects and platforms.
  • Translate complex security and technical requirements into simple, intuitive, and efficient user experiences.
  • Design clear end-to-end user journeys, task flows, interaction patterns, screen layouts, and navigation structures.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and polished high-fidelity interfaces for complex product workflows.
  • Improve the usability of dashboards, alerts, data-heavy screens, tables, filters, workflows, and investigative experiences.
  • Focus on reducing friction, cognitive load, and user error across product journeys.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define and refine user experience requirements and implementation details.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across products by contributing to reusable UX patterns, components, and design systems.
  • Partner with front-end engineers to ensure accurate implementation of UX and UI designs.
  • Continuously improve product usability, clarity, accessibility, responsiveness, and visual consistency.
  • Advocate for strong UX standards and user-centered thinking across cross-functional teams.
  • Support the creation of practical and engaging product experiences for technical and semi-technical users.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Long proven experience as a product designer with focus on UX research, preferably in a software development environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX-focused work across complex applications, SaaS platforms, and enterprise products.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and design intuitive experiences for users.
  • Strong expertise in user flows, information architecture, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and interface design.
  • Experience designing dashboards, enterprise software, admin portals, or workflow-heavy B2B platforms and technical products.
  • High proficiency in Figma, AdobeXD, Sketch and modern product design/prototyping tools.
  • Extremely fluent in using GenAI tools and agents
  • Strong understanding of usability principles, responsive design, accessibility, and design systems.
  • Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience designing data-dense interfaces and workflows that support fast and confident user decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of how UX can improve product adoption, efficiency, and trust in high-stakes environments.
  • Experience designing for cybersecurity products is a plus.
