How You’ll Make an Impact
- We’re seeking a Specialist to join the Audience Engagement & Lifecycle Marketing team part-time (20–25 hours/week).
- This role will support the operations and performance of Pandora’s owned audience engagement channels, including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and on-platform advertising.
- You’ll improve testing, calendar planning, and campaign orchestration processes while collaborating across multiple internal teams including Analytics, Content Programming, and Fusion/Creative.
What You’ll Do
- Support impactful marketing campaigns across audience engagement channels (email, push, and on-platform advertising)
- Assist with campaign operations from ideation through audience targeting to final execution, optimizing for performance KPIs
- Help proactively plan monthly campaign calendars and testing strategies
- Work closely with team members to uncover omni-channel insights and deepen user engagement
- Design and maintain a scalable creative testing and reporting repository for ongoing reference and performance best practices
- Regularly monitor and report on campaign performance, identify data anomalies, and troubleshoot bugs
- Manage internal stakeholder relationships across Fusion/Creative, Operations, Analytics, and Content/Programming teams
- Ensure timely project delivery by adhering to deadlines and tracking progress
- Support Lifecycle and Performance Marketing teams with ad-hoc initiatives
What You’ll Need
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or product management
- Experience with Adobe Campaign (Airship, Tableau, and ActionIQ are a plus)
- Background in Mobile App, AdTech, Content Marketing, or Subscription Marketing preferred
- Familiarity with HTML coding and ability to edit code
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, campaign forecasts, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation:
- $34.67 - $45.33/hr (W2/Non-Exempt)
