  • Manage the integration of external data for Policy stakeholders into databases and marketing platforms, including data provided by the Policy teams and data acquired through vendors/partnerships.
  • Support paid social audience custom targeting for users
  • Support curation of policy stakeholder audiences for curated social insights monitoring
  • Work closely and cross functionally with Data Science and Engineering partners to represent Policy marketing and comms data structures and needs. Incorporate user and behavior attributes generated by others teams across our company, including data ingested from 3rd parties, into Policy’s audience strategy.
  • Build relationships with local and regional Policy Comms teams around the world to support their local data and analytics needs.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in business intelligence and data analytics.

  • Experience creating custom marketing audiences, incorporating geographic, demographic, behavioral, and channel engagement data.
  • Strong ability to work with complex data sets to produce custom audiences and validate the quality of results.

  • Expertise designing and running marketing experiments.
  • Talent for breaking down complex technical concepts into common language and acting as a bridge between technical and departmental stakeholders.
  • Experience working with complex and big data systems across a multitude of relationships and metrics. Ability to apply a creative and nuanced perspective to look beyond common data indicators in order to meet business goals.
  • Ability to self-serve and take the initiative to find answers to technical questions.
