Growth Marketing Ops Contractor
Part time (20 – 25 hours/week)
As a Growth Marketing Ops Contractor, you will play a key role in executing and analyzing marketing campaigns, managing our marketing technology stack, and ensuring data accuracy to help us reach employers and demonstrate how the company is improving employer-led health benefits. This is an exciting part-time opportunity for a data-driven marketer looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, mission-oriented company.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaigns
- Maintain B2B campaigns on LinkedIn and Demandbase
- Linkedin - set up CAPI (conversion CRM)
- Launch new campaigns as needed
- Maintain BvA
- SEM campaign research & buildout - our keywords + competitor
- Fix conversion tracking with Google Ads
- Set up programmatic video/Youtube campaigns when ready
- Work with brand team to create updated resource hub for past webinars, events, assets
Marketing Ops - Hubspot
- Audit current instance and make update recommendations
- Assist client marketing with list build & contact cleanup
- Update hubspot/Salesforce field sync
- Update nurture sequence
- Data backfill and process improvements (get rid of old contacts, field consolidation)
- Audit and improve inbound lead flow
Reporting
- Maintain monthly reporting - pipeline influence, CVR lift (retrospective)
- Audit current process and make suggestions on automation
- Evolve field marketing campaign ROI framework
- Identify areas of opportunities for annual retrospective
- Current inbound lead flow
Marketing Ops - GA4 + GTM
- Audit current tracking events on GA4
- Audit Google Tag Manager
- Create dashboard to understand web traffic
Qualifications:
- Fluency with major B2B advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
- Extensive experience working with HubSpot for marketing automation and CRM activities.
- Technical expertise in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
Compensation: $60.00 - $85.00 per hour
