Experiential Designer
The Experiential Designer will be integral to the Global Experiential Marketing team, focusing on leading the creative development and environmental execution for key company events, co-branded activations, retail initiatives, and the Swag program.
This role demands close collaboration with cross-functional teams to create immersive experiences that engage varied B2B and B2C audiences and highlight the company’s impact on entertainment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead 2D, digital, and environmental creative development for in-person experiences.
- Collaborate with event managers and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions.
- Manage internal and external design resources and ensure projects adhere to timelines.
- Stay updated on experiential design and technology trends to inform new ideas.
- Travel up to 30% for project needs.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in consumer-facing experiential design.
- Experience with immersive technologies, virtual reality, and/or augmented/extended reality.
- Experience with live events production and retail environmental design.
- Understanding of the Consumer Entertainment market.
- Passion for entertainment and entertainment technology.
- Strong creative, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage complex, high-visibility projects independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Adobe tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, CAD, rendering tools) and MS Office Suite.
- Outstanding storytelling and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to engage in high-level discussions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in design, art, or a related field.
Compensation: $60.00 - $79/71 per hour
