We’re looking for an Online Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution across all marketing channels. This is a key leadership role focused on growing brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and increasing conversions across our digital ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for driving measurable growth, managing campaigns end-to-end, and ensuring all marketing efforts align with business goals.

YOU’LL OWN:
Visibility + Traffic
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns across channels
- Oversee SEO strategy + social engagement strategy
- Collaborate on content promotion, show production, and influencer/partner initiatives
Lead Generation
- Manage lead gen funnels and create compelling campaigns
- Own targeting, segmentation, messaging, and campaign assets
- Develop strategies for audience growth + engagement
Conversion + Sales
- Manage high-converting landing pages and sales funnels
- Collaborate on irresistible lead magnets, email sequences, and upsell flows
- Drive affiliate programs + partnerships, set revenue targets, and forecast sales
Content Marketing
- Plan and execute multi-channel content strategy
- Repurpose content to drive more traffic + engagement
- Ensure messaging aligns with brand and voice guidelines
- Write (or oversee) compelling, conversion-driven copy
Team + Admin Ops
- Track KPIs, conversion rates, and key growth metrics
- Manage marketing projects (Asana, etc.), contractors, and freelancers
- Lead team meetings, oversee playbooks, and maintain clear processes
- Align with sales + support teams for retention + lifecycle optimization
YOU BRING:
- 4+ years running digital marketing (ideally for online courses or certification brands)
- Experience owning paid media, organic content, email marketing, and funnel strategy
- A strategic mind and executional muscle — you do the thinking and the doing
- A love of systems, process, and clean dashboards
- Familiarity with Kit, SamCart, Meta ads, and industry-standard tools
KPIs YOU’LL DRIVE:
