Position Summary
We are seeking a data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our small but mighty marketing team. In this role, you will own our digital infrastructure, ensuring our website, SEO, paid media, and marketing automation (HubSpot) are optimized to drive lead conversion. As the technical backbone of the marketing team, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Campaigns Manager to help execute and optimize campaigns by managing landing pages, email automation, analytics, and digital performance tracking
This role is US-based, fully remote, and offers the opportunity to build digital programs from the ground up in a fast-growing cybersecurity company.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the CYGNVS website to improve user experience and optimize conversion rates.
- Support the Marketing Campaigns Manager by setting up and tracking marketing campaigns.
- Manage HubSpot marketing automation, including email workflows, lead scoring, and nurture sequences.
- Build and implement an SEO strategy to improve search visibility and organic traffic.
- Track and analyze digital performance (Google Analytics, HubSpot) to optimize marketing efforts.
- Launch and grow a social media presence from scratch to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Develop and execute paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, retargeting) within a defined budget.
- Own marketing tech stack and identify opportunities for new tools and integrations to improve efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
- Must have: Hands-on expertise with HubSpot CMS and HubSpot Marketing Hub (email marketing, lead scoring, nurture workflows)
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, and marketing automation within B2B SaaS.
- Experience with SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs) and paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn).
- Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics, and campaign reporting tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment—self-starter mentality with a “figure-it-out” approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and external partners.
- Project management skills to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
