At Cygnets Art School, we are passionate about delivering high-quality children’s art education through our growing franchise network. As we scale across the UK and beyond, we’re looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Manager to help tell our story, grow our audience, and inspire thousands of children and parents to discover the joy of art.
This role will focus on digital and B2C marketing, with a particular emphasis on social media, content creation, and performance marketing. You’ll work closely with the CEO to shape and execute our marketing approach, helping us reach more families, build awareness, and drive sign-ups for classes across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Plan and manage all digital marketing activity, including social media, email marketing, website content, and online advertising. Drive growth through performance-based campaigns and continuous testing
Content Creation
- Create or commission engaging, high-quality content that speaks to parents and children – including social posts, short videos, blogs, and email content – aligned with our brand voice and seasonal campaigns.
Social Media Management
- Own the day-to-day management of our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts, engaging our audience and showcasing the creativity of our students and franchise network.
Website & SEO
- Support regular updates to the website and help optimise content for SEO, driving traffic and conversion across key pages
Customer Campaigns
- Develop campaigns to increase customer sign-ups across our network, support local franchisees with resources and ideas, and contribute to our wider growth strategy.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track key digital metrics and customer data using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights, reporting results and optimising campaigns based on performance.
Collaboration with CEO
- Work directly with the CEO to align marketing strategy with business goals and ensure campaigns reflect brand vision, tone, and priorities.
What We’re Looking For
- A creative and hands-on digital marketer with 3+ years' experience in a similar role (ideally in education, children's brands, or franchise businesses).
- Demonstrable experience growing brands through social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- A sharp eye for design and storytelling across digital formats (video, images, copy).
- Self-motivated, highly organised, and confident managing multiple digital channels.
- Data-led, with strong understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and campaign optimisation.
- Experience using platforms such as Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Wordpress, Email Marketing Platforms and similar tools.
