Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to manage and drive the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for our IP management, DNS security, and compliance solutions. In this critical role, you will act as the voice of the customer, driving product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement to support Cygna Labs’ growth initiatives.
You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet customer needs and stand out in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Product Positioning and Messaging
- Develop clear and compelling positioning and messaging for Cygna Labs’ solutions that resonate with target audiences, including IT, security, and network professionals.
- Articulate product value propositions across different segments and industries.
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Collaborate and support go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, updates, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with product management to understand roadmaps and develop launch strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth.
Sales Enablement
- Create and deliver training materials, sales decks, competitive insights, and product collateral to equip the sales team for success.
- Develop tools to communicate product value to customers effectively (e.g., ROI calculators, demos, battle cards).
Market Research and Competitive Analysis
- Conduct market analysis to identify customer pain points, industry trends, and competitive threats.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend strategies for product positioning and growth.
Content Development
- Partner with the marketing team to produce high-quality content, such as case studies, white papers, webinars, and thought leadership pieces.
- Align content with SEO strategies to increase brand visibility.
Customer Advocacy and Insights
- Engage with customers to collect testimonials, case studies, and feedback that inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to amplify the voice of the customer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing within the enterprise software, cybersecurity, or networking industry.
- Proven track record of developing go-to-market strategies for technical products.
- Strong understanding of IPAM, DNS, DHCP, network security, or compliance solutions.
- Experience enabling sales teams with tools, training, and competitive insights.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools and metrics.
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent marketing automation platforms.
